LAS VEGAS — WePower Technologies and Southco today unveiled a concept battery-free wireless smart lock at CES 2026. The system integrates WePower's Gemns G200 kinetic energy harvester with Southco's electronic locking actuator and BLE radio, enabling smart locking with no battery and no wiring.
The concept targets access-control applications where battery replacement or mains wiring is impractical — distributed equipment, remote cabinets, and transportation enclosures.
