Newcastle Systems joins TouchPoint, Inc.

Mobile powered workstation leader joins the Intelligent Inventory Management platform alongside SupplyPoint and Morse Watchmans.

CONCORDVILLE, Pa. — TouchPoint, Inc. today announced the acquisition of Newcastle Systems, the Amesbury, Massachusetts-based leader in mobile powered workstation solutions. The transaction closed on April 2, 2025. Newcastle Systems joins TouchPoint's Intelligent Inventory Management platform alongside SupplyPoint and Morse Watchmans.

Founded in 2005, Newcastle Systems designs and manufactures mobile workstations and lithium power systems that enable workers to move freely within distribution, manufacturing, and logistics facilities. Its PowerSwap Nucleus Lithium Power System and NB-series workstation carts are deployed across warehousing, third-party logistics, automotive, aerospace, high-tech, retail, and manufacturing operations worldwide.

Newcastle Systems will operate as an independent business within the Intelligent Inventory Management platform and collaborate with sister companies on growth and shared best practices. The company retains its headquarters in Amesbury and its existing leadership and team.
