TouchPoint, Inc. appoints Staci Kroon as President and CEO
Kroon succeeds Brian McNeill, who transitions to Executive Chairman of the Board after twenty-five years as CEO.
CONCORDVILLE, Pa. — TouchPoint, Inc. today announced the appointment of Staci Kroon as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective March 1, 2025. Ms. Kroon succeeds Brian McNeill, who served as CEO for twenty-five years and now transitions to Executive Chairman of the Board.
Ms. Kroon joins TouchPoint from BraunAbility, where she served as President and CEO. Earlier in her career she held senior leadership roles at Eaton Corporation, including Executive Vice President of the Eaton Business System and President of Automotive North America.
She holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, a BS in Economics from the Wharton School, and a postgraduate degree in Design, Manufacturing, and Management from Cambridge University. She serves as an independent director of Winnebago Industries (NYSE: WGO).
Mr. McNeill joined Southco as President and CEO in October 2000, led the 2012 formation of TouchPoint, Inc. as Southco's parent, and became President and CEO of TouchPoint in August 2016. In his new role he will continue to support strategy, M&A, and governance as Executive Chairman.
