CONCORDVILLE, Pa. / WIRRAL, UK — TouchPoint, Inc. has acquired Parity Medical, the Wirral-based manufacturer of clinical workstations, medical-grade computing platforms, and telemedicine systems serving the UK's National Health Service and hospitals across Europe.
Founded in 1989, Parity is an NHS-approved supplier best known for its nurse-led-design Evie and Genna clinical carts. Under TouchPoint, Parity continues to operate from Merseyside and expands the medical technology platform's direct presence in the United Kingdom.
