TouchPoint, Inc. acquires Morse Watchmans
The 140-year-old pioneer of electronic key control becomes the founding company of TouchPoint's Intelligent Inventory Management platform.
CONCORDVILLE, Pa. — TouchPoint, Inc. announced the acquisition of Morse Watchmans, the Oxford, Connecticut-based global leader in intelligent key management systems. Founded in 1882, Morse Watchmans invented the electronic key control category with the KeyWatcher Boss 2000 in 1991 and today supplies KeyWatcher cabinets, SmartKey Lockers, and KeyPro software to customers in corrections, law enforcement, gaming, data centers, automotive, and commercial property across more than seventy countries.
Morse Watchmans will operate as an independent business under TouchPoint and will collaborate with SupplyPoint as the founding companies of TouchPoint's Intelligent Inventory Management platform.
