Staci Kroon

Staci Kroon was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of TouchPoint, Inc. on March 1, 2025, succeeding Brian McNeill after his twenty-five-year tenure. She reports to the Board of Directors.
She is an accomplished leader of global engineering and manufacturing companies, recognized across the industrial economy for driving growth through innovation, geographic expansion, disciplined acquisitions, team building, and operational excellence. She previously led BraunAbility as President and CEO. Before that she held senior executive roles at Eaton Corporation, including Executive Vice President of the Eaton Business System and President of Automotive North America.
She holds dual undergraduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania — a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School — and a postgraduate degree in Design, Manufacturing, and Management from Cambridge University in the United Kingdom. She currently serves as an independent director of Winnebago Industries.
