Biography
Kym Johnson joined TouchPoint in August 2025 as Vice President, Human Resource Development. She has led cultural and operational transformations across industrial organizations, most recently at TekniPlex, Quaker Houghton, and Houghton International, with earlier global HR leadership at FMC Corporation.
She holds an MS in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Delaware.
